Paleo Raspberry & Macadamia Brownie

1cup Raw Cacao Powder
100ml Coconut Oil (melted)
125g Macadamia Nut Butter or Peanut Butter (of course)
200g Coconut Sugar
4 Eggs
100g Almond Meal
160g Macadamia Nuts
½ tsp Cinnamon
1 Vanilla Pod (scraped)
2g Salt (pinch)
1 Tblsp Maple Syrup (or Honey)
1 tsp Lemon or Lime Zest
125g Raspberries (brownie)
125g Raspberries (coulis to serve)
Beat all together (except Raspberries) into a batter. Pour into prepared slice tray (best lined with baking paper). Dot top with first lot of Raspberried. Bake at 180c for 25-30mins.
Munch raspberries and cool overnight for coulis.
